Army Warrant Officers Dress Blues 1947-1954

How was rank shown on the dress blue uniform of army warrant officers when it returned in 1947?

Prior to the war the single grade of warrant officer was denoted by the eagle rising branch insignia alone. But in 1947 there were two grades until shoulder straps were allowed for the four grades in 1954.

According to Dr. Lanham, the round end insignia was used on regular shoulder straps with a brown background.
