Hi Everyone!

Presented here are my colour illustrations of the insignia of rank and specialty insignia for the officers, warrant officers and enlisted personnel who are Medical Personnel in the United States Navy National Guard (USNNG).

Officers are physicians.
Warrant Officers and Enlisted personnel are medical corps specialists and technicians.

I've seen several of your rank charts, and I have to say I really like the progression of the Master Chief ranks. MCPON should really have four stars, as he is the top enlisted in the fleet. Great work on all your charts!

Hi ijnfleetadmiral!

Thank you for your kind words.

MCPON DOES have four stars, right at the top of the insignia. (You may have been looking at the centre) which is supposed have only two stars, and is the same symbol found in the equivalent ranks of Sergeant Major of the Army and Chief Master Sergeant of the USAF, as it corresponds with those ranks.
