Parks Canada Park Wardens

Does anyone know anything about ranks or rank insignia for the Canadian Park Wardens?

Also, unrelated, but does anyone know what the deal is with allowing them to carry firearms? Has it been approved by management or did they stick their heads in the sand and ignore the danger to the wardens from both human and animal?

Yes federal park wardens as designated will be armed in Canada now (like most provincial wardens). I don't know the rank structure but I downloaded a photo of the uniform a few years ago in this forum. Check around in one of the categories.

Parks Canada Wardens don't use rank insignia. Only thing they wear are the badge and patches indicating they are wardens.
