does anyone know who is represented in image #5 ? the circle badge on his chest has a crossed vajras on it which was the insignias worn by the highest tibetan member of the Special Frontier Force so I'm wondering if the symbol itself has, apart from the religious meaning, some sort of common military/command meaning in the area.

By the magic of GoogleTranslate, I found out the mannequin with the uniform Marc described represents a police officer.
