Hi Herrwiggly!
Chuck here!!!

The way I got from here to there was to click-on to the following URL:

www.coastguard.com.au

This gets you to the Australian Volunteer Coast Guard website (where their logo comes on).

On that same page, I just click "Skip Intro".

On the next page, you have either of two choices to click-on, which are:....

To view Members Handbook...............

or

To download Members Handbook and read offline................

It comes in that Adobe Acrobat stuff, and it's thru here that the info that you want come through.

You can expand the size of the handbook to more "readable" proportions, and just thumb through the pages until you get to their rank insignia. On the way there, they have the insignia of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary as well. Happy reading!!!

Hi Chuck herrwiggly here. I have visited the Aussie site and now have a few more rank insignias added to my colllection. I thought very interesting to note, that the Australian Coast Guard should use U.S. style rank insignia on their flags and uniform collars( although be it with some variation in the lower officer ranks). I can understand why, much easier to use than British style insignia. Once again thanks for your help it is much appreciated. :D :D :D Cheers.
