Here is the ranks in description form, I dont know on enlisted ranks but I got this from Jane's Fighting Ships 2002-2003 in the library.

Note the top stripe is a curl

Officers with less than 2 yrs service: Same as U.S Navy Ensign
Second Mate and Officers with less than 6 yrs Service: Same as U.S Navy Lieutenant Junior Grade
First Mate and Second Engineer: Same as U.S Navy Lieutenant
Chief Mate and First Engineer: Same as U.S Navy Lieutenant Commander
Captain and Chief Engineer: Same as U.S Navy Commander
Chief of Operations: Same as German Navy Fregattenkaptain
Director General: Same as U.S Navy Captain
