Czechoslovakian ranks

Unread postby Martin Mennega » Sat Jan 25, 2014 11:59 pm

Goodday,

In my collection I have a pair of red Czechoslovakian shoulder boards of a police colonel. In stead of having the ZNB/SNB logo above the stars there is a ZP logo.
I presume this means Zeleznicni Policie/a. However I can't find any information which could confirm this. Maybe because I don't speak the language. Could anyone be of assistance?

Cheers smilies-02

Pavel, thank you.

Did they occur on the old red shoulder boards as well?
