What about the ranks with the blue insignia? I presume they are some sort of civil service grade for civilian employees?

My guess is that its ''Rechnungsf√ľhrer und Rechungsunteroffiziere'' (financial officials and NCOs).

''VIII. rangoszt√°ly = VIII. Rangklasse'' ¬ī(ranks as Major)

Comments on the Encyclopedia site: http://uniforminsignia.org/?option=com_ ... esult=3600

The Company grade officers have been given officials' rank stars; they should have normal rank stars. ''Rittmeister'' is not Lieutenant but Captain.

German equivalent of ''TŇĎrsŇĎrmester'' is Stabswachtmeister.
