On the website of the firemen of Gamprin, you can see the rank insignia regulations, common to all Liechtenstein :

Liechtenstein's rank insignia

Unread postby Chuck Anderson » Thu Jul 31, 2003 6:18 pm

Hi Olivier!
Chuck Anderson here!!

That's some excellent information you obtained on Liechtenstein! Their rank insignia sure shows a Swiss influence, (which is understandable as they are neighbour of Switzerland.)
Pavel provided some good written information on the rank insignia of Liechtenstein's Police force, and thanks to your information, when a certain number of stripes are mentioned, it seems to me that they could be talking about chevrons, (that is assuming that the Firefighter and Police rank insignia would be similar!)
Excellent information, Olivier!!
