It looks like these British WW2 veterans, also have been decorated with a Russian medal. Anyone who knows what it is?

actually, I think I find the exact one. every 10 years a new one appear to have been minted, the man on the right of the photo appears to wear the one made in 1995

The ribbon is exactly right, but I do not think any British soldiers participated in the capture of Berlin.
