There was a thread previously which mentioned the fact that the US President will, in some circumstances, wear a military or paramilitary looking jacket with the US President seal on the left breast.
I've noticed that New York Governor Cuomo has been doing something similar lately but with a jacket or polo shirt displaying the New York Seal.
Has anyone noticed other US governors doing the same ?

Arnie certainly did as Governor of California:
I guess it's fair to say that there will be others who do something similar too!
