Enlisted ranks are same as Iraq 1 through 4 horizontal stripes. I have seen one Peshmerga unit using Saudi type chevrons at least with two and three chevrons.
Major and lieutenant generals use Iraqi style crossed swords. At least one general used an eagle similar to the maroon beret badge, which is sort of like the eagle used by the UAE where the wings touch above the head. But for the most part they use the eagle depicted on the shoulder slides as shown here.

Based on pictures I've collected from the internet over the past few years, the kurds appear to have introduced the insignias with the kurdish style eagle in 2012. Picture from before that date I have (though obviously this shouldn't be taken as definitive) show them wearing regular iraqi rank insignias.
